The Zoo!

On Sunday, we headed off to the zoo again!  Honestly, having a zoo membership is awesome.  It's so nice to be able to go for a few hours and not feel like you have to rush to see anything!  This time, we headed straight up to see the monkeys and the big cats.  We had a blast checking out the animals and then headed down to take a camel ride.  Yes, folks, Jon and I both rode a camel for Miss Madison!  She laughed and giggled the whole way around.  We also, of course, had to go and feed the birds.  It was a great afternoon!  Thanks Aunt Amanda for joining us all day! 

Cuyahoga County Fair

This past weekend, we headed off to the Cuyahoga County Fair.  Madison had a blast this year.  She loved looking at all of the animals and of course we had to do a pony ride.  She also really enjoyed riding the rides this year.  This was the first year she could do them, and man, she just kept riding and riding.  Her favorite was the small roller coaster.  Every time she got off she would say "again, again, again".  She also won her first gold fish!  I almost fell over when she threw the ball and it landed in the bowl.  We have yet to turn in the certificate for it, we are still working on daddy! :)  They also had a Led Zepplin cover band playing that night, so she went to her first concert!  She was hysterical!  She was dancing all around and I swear, more people were watching her then were watching the band!  She even made it up to see the fireworks!  This was the first time she had seen a big fireworks show and she loved it!  Needless to say, as soon as we got in the car she was out!
