Outside Fun

Today, the sun was shinning so we played out in the back yard.  Madison started to paint her little bird house, but she wanted to feed the birds "NOW". :)  We had some left over bread from dinner, so we went out so she could feed them.  She had loads of fun setting bread out all over the back yard for the birdies.  She also had fun "flying" on her own with a little help from Daddy and Papa.  It was a nice evening running around and letting off some steam before another week starts!

A Gift From Aunt Rachel

This weekend, Aunt Rachel and I were out and about doing a little shopping.  We were walking around and Aunt Rachel spotted a play-do ice cream sundae maker....of course, she just had to get it for Madison!  This was a huge hit!  Madison made Aunt Rachel "play ice cream" all night! :)  Thank you Aunt Rachel!  Madison loves it and we played most of the morning with it!  :)

IX Indoor Amusement Park

This past weekend, Uncle Timmy took us to the IX indoor amusement park. It was such a fun morning. It took Madison a little while to warm up to everything, but once she got a huge Icee and some cotton candy, she was ready to go! We started off on the Farris Wheel. She enjoyed the view while sitting on Daddy's lap. She then went on to ride the bumble bees and the hot air balloons. She then decided that it would be fun to ride on the pony so we did that. We had some lunch, played some games, and rode a few more rides! She had an absolute blast and Uncle Timmy even won her a huge stuffed animal and a gold fish!

Easter 2012

This year was a nice relaxing Easter. Since Madison still recovering we really didn't do much. We had a small egg hunt here at our house and then headed over to Jon's parent's house for dinner. Madison was finally starting to get back to normal and she really enjoyed playing outside for most of the afternoon! She had fun sliding and playing with bubbles! She also made out like a bandit courtesy of Uncle Timmy! Seriously, outfits and toys and candy! It looked like Christmas! Thank you Uncle Timmy, she was spoiled! She was also spoiled by Aunt Amanda who brought her an awesome basket with finger paint, bubbles, and of course candy! Aunt Dawn and Uncle Paul also brought her over an Easter basket with stickers and candy! The kid seriously made out like a bandit! And of course, mom and dad had to spoil her as well. She finally scored her awesome water table! Now we just need some more nice weather!
