Kelly's Island Fun!

We headed off to Kelly's Island today for some summer fun!  It was such a nice day out!  The kids both loved the ferry ride over to the island!  When we got there we lucked out and were able to get a golf cart...apparently there was some kind of charity event on the island that day and golf carts were tough to come by!  But we got one and started cruising the island!  It was so much fun to show Madison and Jack the places I used to go when I was little and camped there!  We checked out the glacier groves and the old cemetery.  They both really loved the golf cart though!  Jack just laughed and laughed and so did Madison.  We did the rock mining which Madison loved and checked out a ton of the shops.  After that we grabbed a late lunch and before we knew it it was time to head home.  It was such a fun day spent with the family!!!  It is something we will be adding to our list of must do's during the summer!
