Big Girl Room

Well, we took the plunge and set Madison up with her big girl room this past week.  We found and awesome bedroom set for her!  The bed even has storage in it, which is just amazing!  We picked out the new bed spread and paint and Jon got to work painting on Friday.  Part of her furniture got to the house Friday afternoon and the rest came on Saturday.  She went nuts over!  She was so excited to have a big girl bed and room!  We got to work putting her stuff back in her room.  She was so happy that she got to pick where some of her toys and jewelry got to go.  Jon and I were finishing getting her clothes put away and she was playing and the next thing we know she falls and comes around the corner with a nice gash on the corner of her eye. Poor kid!  It wasn't too deep, but it just wouldn't stop bleeding.  We headed off to Urgent Care where she got some nice super glue to hold the cut shut!  She looks like a professional boxer.  After all the excitement, we came home and prepared ourselves for an interesting night.  We weren't sure how the first night in the big girl bed was going to go. She did FANTASTIC!!  Slept all night and even wanted to go back to her big girl bed this morning after she got up!  So, we officially have a big girl!!!  Here are some pictures of her room.  We just need to get some stuff for her walls, but it's pretty much complete!
