On March 29th Madison had her tonsils and adenoids out. It was a really long day. Her surgery time was 7:15 so we had to be at the hospital at 5:45am. We got checked in and waited for surgery time. They took her back right at 7:15 and surgery was over a little before 8. We had to spend the night because she is only two, but we made it through the night and they were able to control her pain. We have been home since Friday and things are going pretty good. She is eating some
Soft foods and drinking out of a syringe. Weird, by it works. We probably have about another week of recovery before she is back to normal, but worth it! She is already breathing better and sleeping better! Here are a couple of pictures from surgery day.
