Pumpkin Carving Fun!

Sunday, we carved our pumpkins! Aunt Amanda came over and we all got busy! Madison didn't like the smell of the pumpkin guts so daddy cleaned hers out for her. Then she drew on it for awhile before she wanted me to cut out the eyes nose and mouth. She then decided that she wanted to paint our other pumpkin so that's what she did! I didn't bring out the camera, but Aunt Amanda snapped two pictures! Thanks Amanda!! :) uncle Timmy also came buy and spoiled her with Halloween gifts! She got the most adorable outfit ever! I can't wait to put It on her this week! Madison is counting down the days until Halloween! 

Circus Fun!

This past Saturday, we headed off to have some fun at the Circus!  Madison had a blast!  She really loved seeing the horses, dogs, lions, and elephants!  She got a really big chuckle when one of the elephants decided it would be a good idea to relieve himself! :)  She also had fun munching on a ton of junk food! :)  It was a great show and we can't wait to head back again next year!

Fairview Rec Center Fun

The other weekend we went to the Fairview Recreation Center for their little halloween party.  It was a nice little event.  They had pumpkin decorating, jump houses, halloween costume contests and treats for the kids.  We were so proud of Madison!  She actually participated in the halloween costume contest and walked across the stage all by herself! :)  She had a great time and it was a great warm up for trick-or-treating this week!

Cedar Point: Halloweekends!

Two weeks ago we headed off to Cedar Point one more time to hit up Halloweekends!  It was a gorgeous day out!  Honestly, it was one of the last nice days we are probably going to have here for awhile!  Madison enjoyed riding the rides, but her favorite by far we getting to go Trick - or - Treating with the dinosaurs!  She got a good amount of candy and ran from station to station.  We then played some games and headed home!  It was an awesome day!

Florida Vacation: The Final Day!

Thursday was our last day in the sunshine state. Madison didn't want to go to the beach so Grammy and Gramps took her to play putt putt and get some ice cream. Jon and I headed off to the beach for a few hours. It was really relaxing. We took a walk, looked for shells, and did a bit of swimming. Funny story, we were in the water for awhile so we decided to get out and take a break. We sat for a little and then decided to take a walk. When jon stood up, something fell out of his trunks. Wouldn't you know it, it was a baby octopus! We got it back in the water and it swam off after shooting ink at us! That night, we headed out to grab some crab legs! Yummy!! Vacations always go so fast! Thank you Grammy and Gramps! We had an amazing time! Thank you for everything! We can't wait to come back!!!
