Christmas Day

Christmas morning started off around 8:00 when Madison woke up!  We are so lucky that she likes to sleep! :)  She came down the stairs and her eyes lit up!  She couldn't believe that Santa had come and left her a bunch of presents!  It pays off to be a good girl! :)  She started ripping through her presents and saying everything she opened was her favorite.  It was a big difference from last year when we had to keep reminding her that she had more to open!  She loved everything she got.  After she was done opening we made a nice breakfast and then played with toys until the afternoon when Grammy and Gramps came!  She once again made out like a bandit!  We played and opened more presents and then had a really nice dinner.  Thank you Grammy and Gramps for everything!  We are so glad you were here!  :)  We had a wonderful Christmas!

Christmas Eve

This year everyone was healthy for Christmas Eve! Yay!!  I was lucky enough to get out of work early again this year.  I headed home and we got ready to head over to Jon's parents house.  We had a nice dinner and relaxed.  Then Madison though she heard Santa's sleigh bells so she ran to her bed there and went to "sleep" so Santa could leave her presents.  She made out like a bandit!  We played with some toys and then headed home to get into our own beds before Santa stopped at our house!  Thank you Memaw and Papa for a wonderful Christmas Eve.

Kris Kringle and His Workshop

We headed downtown to Tower City to go see Kris Kringle and participate in the workshop that they have.  We decided to splurge and get Madison the birthday package..clearly this child is spoiled.  She had so much fun helping design toys and creating.  She also enjoyed meeting Kris Kringle.  She felt really special when he wished her a happy birthday and gave her a special gift.  This might just become a tradition every year.
