Ah, once again the weather was beautiful out today! We woke up and decided to head out to the zoo! It was wonderful! We walked around and Madison got to see some of her favorite animals. We saw the elephants, giraffes, bears, seals, and a couple others. She had a blast seeing the animals and enjoyed and Icee that Daddy got her! :) We then headed to Shooters downtown to have lunch out on the patio! She loved it! She had so much fun running around their patio and looking at all the birds!

St. Patty's Day 2012
What a wonderful day! It was absolutely gorgeous outside! Almost 80 degrees! We decided to brave downtown and take Madison to the parade. It ended up being a great decision. While there were a ton of people out, everyone was extremely nice! We walked down East 4th and ended up grabbing lunch at Pickwick and Frolic. We scored a table right by the window and Madison loved waving at all the people on the street and they loved waving at her. When we were walking people kept giving her high fives and she was loving it!! She even got a green sprite to drink with her lunch! We got an awesome seat right on the street to watch the parade! She enjoyed watching most of the parade. We then came home and played outside the rest of the day!! Thanks Grammy for making her her Tutu! She was so incredibly cute and loved it!!!
Summer in March, YES PLEASE!!!!
The weather here in Cleveland has been so NICE!!! We have been taking full advantage and playing outside everyday after work and school. Madison LOVES being outside and she is still enjoying playing with her chalk and riding in her new car that Aunt Dawn and Uncle Paul got her. She is also enjoying playing with Buddy in the yard and running around. Daddy even pulled out the tractor and gave rides. Here are some pictures from a couple of outside play times!

The beach!
Yesterday it was so incredibly nice out! Who would have thought Cleveland would have a 79 degree day in march! We took full advantage after work and headed to Huntington beach. This was the first time we have taken Madison there. She has been to the beaches in Florida, but never the beach for the lake. It took her admire to want to walk in the sand, but then it was on! She even stuck her little feet in the cold water. We had fun walking up and down the beach and throwing rocks in the water! Here's to hoping for more nice weather!

Fifth disease
Ah, a new one that I have never heard of! We survived Parvovirus B19 last week! On Sunday Madison had a horrible rash all over and her face and limbs were all swollen. We headed to the ER and that is where we found our diagnosis. There really wasn't much that thy could do for her. All you can do is treat the symptoms so we had dose after dose of Benadryl and Motrin! She handled it pretty well I must say! I'm happy to report that this week she is all better and we were able to return to school and work! Here are a few pictures of what her skin looked like.
