This past Sunday we decided to take Madison to her very first Indians game. It was kids day and they had all kinds of stuff for the kids to do! She made a visor, a small backpack, and a little Halloween bag. She also got to touch a really big snake!! She also got to have her picture take with two of the pitcher. Please forgive me, I'm not a big sports person, so I have no idea who they are.
Right before the game started, we tried to give her a hot dog for lunch, but she was much more interested in eating ice cream and cotton candy! Not a very balanced lunch, but hey, it was a special day.
And to top the day off, right before we left we were able to get a picture with Slider! We were very proud of her, she made it through the fifth inning with no nap! We got her in the car a little before 3:00 and she was OUT!!! It was a great day and we can't wait to take her to a game next year!

This Ain't No Diaper on My Head!
I Can Do It Myself!
Bad Day at Daycare
Last Thursday, Madison had a rough day! This poor child of mine is so clumsy! We had three incident reports by the time we picked her up. She was walking with a toy and fell and hit her head = bruise number one. She then was walking down the hall and wasn't looking where she was going and walked straight into a wall = bruise number two. Then she took another spill over a different toy = bruise number three! She then got a bloody lip, but they are not sure how that happened. She walked up to them and said "owww", and pointed to her lip. When she got home it was nice out so we went outside to play and I took some photos of her. She looks like she got in a fist fight!
This picture just cracks me up! Walking with such determination!!

Fall Festival
This past Sunday, we took Madison down into the Metro Parks. For those of you who live around the Cleveland area, there used to be a really old church on Lorain Road. Years ago they moved this church down into the Metro Parks on the corner of Lewis Road. There are a couple of other old building there and it is like a small town. On Sunday they had all the building open and had crafters and activities for the kids, as well as some good old folk music! Madison had a blast. The kid really does love music and really enjoyed listening to it. She also got to paint a shirt and make an old time toy out of buckeyes! It was beautiful outside so we walked around for a good two and a half hours!
